Area of Expertise

Experience providing care to clients with Parkinson’s Disease and helping to keep them independent in their own home with home support services.

After our care coordinator completes the detailed initial assessment with the client (and family) and forms an appropriate care plan, she then selects a trained care giver who would be a good match for the client. We regularly communicate with the client and the family to ensure we are following the care plan according to their and their families’ expectations in helping to fulfil their goals.
