Description

I provide individualized fitness plans for people with Parkinson’s and other chronic conditions. I also help people realize their health goals and when and if they need it, I can help them with depression and anxiety. Having PD myself gives me a unique perspective and empathetic way to train people. I work with their strengths and weaknesses and use a lot of positive reinforcement. My clients and I have a lot of fun!
